John Kemper, Bourbon Distiller at Glenns Creek Distillery, has been exploring bourbon barrel-aged cigars for years, working to perfect the harmonious blend of bourbon and cigars.

I’ve seen many bourbon-infused cigar processes that feel like shortcuts—similar to those taken by aspiring bourbon distillers who want the title but aren’t willing to invest the hard work in crafting an outstanding spirit or the patience required for proper maturation of America’s native whiskey.

I bring the patience of a true bourbon distiller and the curiosity of a dedicated cigar connoisseur.

One major obstacle to creating a truly exceptional bourbon barrel-aged cigar has been price. I want the average cigar enthusiast to be able to afford their favorite stogie in a bourbon-aged version—without breaking the bank.

After years of experimentation, I’m now offering my proprietary process to enhance your favorite cigars!

How It Works:

  • I do not sell cigars.
  • You select your favorite cigars and ship them to me.
  • I personally oversee the aging process (a 4–6 week commitment, much like our bourbon aging). I decide when each batch is ready to return to you for enjoyment.

You’re probably wondering: “How much will this cost?”

You cover the cost of shipping your cigars to and from the distillery. My processing fees are as follows:

Pricing (per cigar):

  • First 3 cigars: $10.00 each
  • Cigars 4–6: $8.00 each
  • Cigars 7–12: $7.00 each
  • Cigars 13–20+: $5.00 each

You choose how many to send—I welcome a variety of cigars! I strongly recommend saving one unprocessed cigar of each type as a “control” sample. It’s a great way to compare and see the difference the process makes. Many customers have already declared this their new favorite way to enjoy cigars.
